I was an athlete for 13 years and I’m in a good shape 💁 thanks to pole vault and lots of training!
So I want to share some workout routine that I like to do time to time.
-run for 20-30 minutes just to warm up your body
-ABC skip, lunges, squat and squat on one leg (without weights)
-sprints in series (5x10m, 5x20m, 5x60m, 3x100m)
-take a break (5 minutes)
-if you have some weights (if not you can do it without, but you have to do little extra) do squats with 10-20 kg, jumping jacks with 5 kg in each hand (if it’s to heavy do it with less), pull ups (without weights), do couple series of that
-at the end you have to strech so there is no sore pain in muscles
