WORKOUT AT HOME!

Ladies! We all know we have to exercise, but some of us are to lazy to go out and workout. WHY IS EXERCISE IMPORTANT ? It helps prevent diseases, improves stamina, strengthens and tones, enhances flexibility, controls weight, IMPROVES QUALITY OF LIFE!!! So if you have to much obligations why not workout at home? 30 minutes a day is enough! There are a lot of exercises that you can do in your house, using your furniture. If you have a child, workout with him. He or she will love it!

Sometimes I workout at home, but since I go to college (Kinesiology), I have 2-3 sports a day. You can say that I’m in shape πŸ™‚

Here are some of workouts you can do. I downloaded pictures from the internet so you can see the exercises.

8-10 times in 2 series!

10-12 times in 2 series…you can do the regular crunches, just put your feet under the sofa and start.

12 times in 2 series…you can do this exercise with your stretched legs!

If you have stairs in your house you can do step jumps, regular jumps, jumps on one leg up and down. You can do some squats for your butt (10-15 times!)

And if you are beginner don’t push your self, don’t over train because you will have sore muscles, it will hurt, trust me!
